Before you decide
- A low result can have many causes, for example weather or missing data. Ask for the evidence before you decide that equipment has failed.
- A missing value is "no reported value". It is not zero.
- An alarm date range selects when the alarm started. An older alarm can still be active. To include cleared alarms, ask for the alarm history.
- Reading an alarm does not acknowledge or clear it.
